Accommodation Info

Villa 221, is a delightful house, found on the Clarens Golf and Leisure estate.

It is luxuriously furnished and equipped with every convenience for a comfortable stay.

The Villa offers comfortable self-catering accommodation and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

There are 3 en suite bedrooms, two double rooms and one twin room, which can be converted to kingsize bed if a third double room is required.

All bathrooms are fitted with bath and shower and have under-floor heating.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, counter top stove and under-counter oven, microwave and washing machine. All the other necessary appliances are available.

There is a comfortable lounge and dining room, fitted with a gas fire place, which opens through sliding doors onto a covered patio with patios furniture and a built-in gas braai and portable charcoal braai.

The patio has views over-looking Clarens and the north-western mountains surrounding the village. All linen and towels are provided. Off road parking is provided in front of the house.

There is an inverter system which powers lights, TV, Wifi and some appliances during loadshedding. There is also undercover parking for two vehicles. Daily cleaning service is not included in the rate, but can be requested at an additional charge per day.
