Barrister House offers well-appointed self catering accommodation in the Clarens Golf & Leisure Estate. The house is set in an elevated position with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountainous countryside and the village of Clarens. Ideal for families with children. Close to restaurants and dining, art and culture. Maximum 10 guests.

The main house (upper level) consists of: Lounge and dining room open plan towards the fully fitted kitchen. Separate scullery with washing machine, tumble dryer and ice maker. Lounge with gas fireplace, air conditioner, plasma screen TV and full DSTV.

Dining room with 8-seater dining table and high back chairs. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom, furnished with queen size bed en-suite to a full bathroom (luxury bath and shower).

Second bedroom, furnished with queen size bed. Sliding doors open on to patio. Third bedroom, furnished with two single beds (convertible to king size bed on request).

Sliding doors open on to private stoep area. Second bathroom consists of separate toilet, separate shower and separate luxury bath with basin.

Elevated patio with views and equipped with built-in braai, 8-seater outdoor table & chairs. One under-cover carport.

Flat

Fully contained, downstairs flat with external entrance, consisting of: Very spacious air conditioned bedroom, furnished with queen size bed, two single beds and a single sleeper couch. Large full bathroom (luxury bath and shower) with built-in cupboards. Compact, well-equipped kitchen.
