Pear Tree Cottage is situated at the top of the Clarens town and is about a 1,2 km walk from the Clarens square.

The cottage is a stand-alone house and is situated on the border of the Clarens conservancy making it ideal for hikers and those who would like a weekend away from the hustle of town.

The cottage is fully self catering and has all the comforts of home;

• A full kitchen,
• Covered veranda with a built in braai,
• Fireplace,
• Separate bedroom with a full en suite bathroom,
• Additional room with 2 single beds and a en suite toilet, basin and shower.
• The cottage has undercover parking for one car and a gate that locks.
• A Mi-Stick which gives access to Premium DSTV and Netflix.
• There is also free WIFI.

The cottage is fully furnished and is also serviced daily on request at an additional cost.

Rates:

1-2 Guests – R1 300.00 per night for the unit

3 Guests – R1 950.00 per night for the unit

4 Guests – R2 600.00 per night for the unit

Weekends – minimum stay of 2 nights

Long weekends – minimum stay of 3 nights and minimum rate of R2800 per night for the unit (4 guests or less)

Cleaning Service Rates:

Only available if booked 48hours prior to your check in date and paid for in full.

Monday to Saturday – R180.00 per day

Sundays and Public Holidays – R250.00

Servicing of unit includes the following:

• Cleaning lady will arrive at 9h00 – she has a key should you be out. This is a 4-hour shift, but she will leave early if she has completed all her duties.
• Clean out braai area if used and tidy patio
• Clean fireplace if used
• Kitchen – wash dishes, wipe counters and mop floor if needed
• Make all beds and tidy up rooms
• Clean bathrooms and hang up wet towels and bathmats
• Empty refuse bins
